Chuck’s Hop Shop User Journey
The best way to improve your site's usability is to care about how your users interact with your business… in general.
Before the design process begins, before the pen touches Post-it, before the cursor touches Sketch, it's essential to map the journey of a potential persona.
Here, we see a user trying to find a place to get a particular beer. This map also guided my website redesign for a local bar/restaurant. I extracted the journey points and pain points from 25 interviews with people who regularly went out to eat or drink.
