UX writing for fintech - Home equity

I have been working on a content strategy contract for a bank for the last six months. While I cannot share the exact microcopy I have created (the site is internal and for customers), I enjoy the ideation and iteration in creating the perfect tone and voice for a financial institution. Here are some examples of flexibility in microcopy, a skill that great writers can bring to any organization.

 
 

Heart-warming

The first Idea for a home equity card on a bank website. For this card, I wanted a message that someone could quickly engage with emotionally.

Humorous

This card has a more playful and humorous tone, although humor and financial products do not necessarily go together.

Practical and pithy

This card does not rely on humor per se, but it is more word-play forward.
